The www.pointbzh.com / pointBZH” is currently being constituted. Its main objective is to promote the .bzh, domain name extension on the internet with the idea to promote Breton languages and cultures.
The www.pointbzh.com / pointBZH has four objectives:
• To promote the .bzh on the internet and sensitize net surfers with the utility for Brittany to have its own Internet extension dedicated to its language and culture.
• To ask the ICANN to create the .bzh. The ICANN (Internet Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers), is the international organization in charge of issuing and regulating domain names extensions.
• To hepl to raise money enough to present the demand to the ICANN as any candidature costs around 40 000 €.
• To ask elected representatives to bring a clear support to the creation of the .bzh, including near the proper authorities.
